Apa and Nana Babysit!
It has been over nine months since Cielo and I went to the movies, so Apa and Nana offered to babysit Nati so we could enjoy an afternoon at the cinema. While Cielo and I were nervous that she might cry and give Nana and Apa a hard time, we were glad to hear she didn't fuss at all! She had a great time playing with all the toys Nana put together in her own basket and listened to the Seasame Street record from Cielo's childhood. Looks like Cielo and I will get to go on more dates!

Watching University of Hawaii football is a huge event here in Hawaii. On Saturday, we went to Mama and Papa Judd's house to watch the game... well, Nati prefered to play with Parker rather than watch the game, but there was good fun had by all!

Aug. 25th, 2009 - On the Move!
Yep, Nati has learned to crawl in what seemed to be over night. On Sunday, she was on all fours just rocking back and forth and the next day, she was taking her first crawling steps! Time to baby proof the house!

Aug. 16th, 2009 - Weigh In!
Even though there is a six month difference between Nati and Jacob, they are pretty close in size. Just out of curiosity, we wanted to see just how close there are!

Playdate!
While Dad was in Japan for work, Nati had a playdate with Cousin Jacob and a few of his friends. We had a wonderful time playing with toys on the lahala mat in the backyard.
Not sure what it is about Jacob's ears, but Nati can't seem to get enough!

With each passing day, Nati's personality comes out more and more. At nine months, she knows exactly what she wants and doesn't let up until she gets it! I believe we have a very determined little girl on our hands. I have heard we should "pick our battles" - guess who won?

Sunday dinner was at Uncle Josh, Auntie Lea and Cousin Jacob's house this week and once again, the kids were the center of flashing cameras. Auntie Lea had some great captions for this photo shoot.
